Sunday: Trail run 1.5 miles Mountain Bike 3.5 miles. Running looking for a restroom +.5 miles

 

Monday: Rest

 

Tuesday: 30 minute cycle

 

Wednesday: Rest

 

Thursday: 7.78 miles cycling

 

Friday: Not yet. Might do something after Lyla goes to bed.
